Refund Policy

Our Commitment

At LLCPad, we strive to provide excellent service. We understand that circumstances may change, and we've created this refund policy to be fair to our customers.

Before Filing

If your documents have NOT been filed with the state:

• Full refund of LLCPad service fees
• Simply contact us to cancel your order
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days

After Filing

If your documents HAVE been filed with the state:

• State filing fees are non-refundable (paid directly to the state)
• LLCPad service fees may be partially refunded on a case-by-case basis
• We cannot reverse filings made with state agencies

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

• State filing fees (these go directly to the state)
• Expedited processing fees once expedited service has begun
• Registered Agent fees after service activation
• Third-party fees (IRS, state agencies, etc.)

How to Request a Refund

1. Contact our support team at support@llcpad.com
2. Provide your order number
3. Explain the reason for your refund request
4. Our team will review and respond within 48 hours

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
